Replacing and Re-Installation of Parquet...
Parquet floors are often damaged when blocks are removed to allow other trades like electricians and plumbers to install their services.
SLS can re-build these affected areas and match them in to the existing floor, either using the saved original blocks (preferred), reclaimed blocks, or by using new materials readily available.

This was a house built in the 1960's that had the original 'hot-air' heating system removed and radiators installed. This area was where a cupboard stood that housed the main trunking and ductwork for the system. Once removed a hole was left in the floor. this was filled with concrete and screeded to a level usable to allow the laying of a new patch of fingerblock parquet.
Once stuck down with the suitable adhesive and left to dry, SLS were able to incorporate the new area into the sanding process whilst sanding the rest of the floor.
Working through the abrasive grades the new patch was gradually blended to the existing blocks.
After the buffing process the floor was thoroughly cleaned of all dust and primed using Bona Kemi Classic.
You can see how the floor gradually becomes one, though it's not until the final touches added by the SLS technicians where a clever use of colour blends and applied to complete the disguise...
