Using the latest in machine technology, creating minimal dust, we are floor sanding in Kent, London and South London, renovating natural wood floors to the highest of standards. Whether you have just discarded those dirt hoarding carpets or simply require your varnished floor to be re-furbished, call us now for a free quotation.
We use the finest quality lacquers and oils, scientifically designed and developed in the UK, Sweden and Germany. Mylands, Bona Kemi, and Pallmann are World leaders in floor products, which means both looks and durability are more than catered for when covering your newly sanded floor. Whether you require a clear or stained, matt, satin or gloss finishes, our team will always be able to satisfy your requirements.
It really doesn't matter whether you carry out any decorating before or after having your floors sanded and finished, but there are fores and againsts. Our machines are vitually dust free, and we totally clean up the thin film of dust left, as we do not want any particles in the air whilst lacquering and finishing etc.
If you decorate after the floors are finished, then you risk spillages, decorating dust smears and risk of damage from steps and falling tools etc.
If you are intending to decorate before you have your floors sanded and finished, then we ask you to leave the final two coats on the skirtings until after we have completed the floors. Although all of our machines are 'skirting friendly' soft paint can sometimes pull or drag on the mechanisms.

Wrong, oak accepts stain in a subtle way by colouring only in the fissures of its very tight grain. So if you are fed up with your oak floor but don't want to change it because of the fortune spent installing it in the first place, then ask the technicians to apply sample patches to your floor once sanded and prepared to get an idea of what can be achieved with a little experimenting...
